For 2 years, we have been developing specialized distribution concepts, such as Naterial, which specializes in furniture and the layout of gardens and terraces.

We distribute through a showroom concept, furniture, pergolas, BBQs, etc… We are working on a "turnkey" concept for franchises or integrated partners.

Offer CONTEXT

Within the Naterial Squad, and more specifically in the Concept Merchandising team, we are looking for a person responsible for the layout and implementation of Naterial stores around the world.

🎯 YOUR MISSION

The Works and Store Implementation Coordinator reports to the Merchandising Naterial Project Leader

He or she is in link with :

• Merchandising team:

  • to prepare store plans

  • to follow the orders necessary for the implementation of the store

  • to develop technical elements for showrooms

  • to monitor the construction sites with local teams and/or Naterial partner teams

• Works teams: architects, expansion team, construction team

• Naterial "operational" team to know the products ordered by the partners

• Integrated partners/ franchisees on setting up stores.

• Suppliers for the development of technical tools, racks, accessories, etc….

The tasks and responsibilities are:

This is a mission which involves developing the commercial concept and managing the implementation of Naterial showrooms. In this context, you will be in charge of:

• The realization of the plans that include: customer circuit / separations / walls / security elements / electrical system / lighting / etc… all the technical elements belonging to the project within the framework of a Naterial store.

• Organization and monitoring of construction sites:

• to provide the necessary information and adapt for each store (lighting, sliding doors, windows, etc.)

• for assembly teams and store teams (for franchises and integrated partners)

• Managing catalogs about: artificial plants, images, materials, etc. necessary for the BUs involved and for the franchises

• Preparing the orders, negotiating with suppliers and communicate with partners (BUs and franchises) to prepare the orders

• Creating for each showroom the task and specification books to facilitate and optimize the work on the construction site

• Following the progress of the concept implementation and adapting the necessary technical elements.

• Searching for the materials for showroom implementation (taking into account the quality-price ratio)

• Proposing the costs according to the specifications (framed budget allocated per m2)

🥇 YOUR PROFILE

You have experience in international trade, site monitoring, implementation and/or development of a commercial concept.

You have in-store experience, whether in opening, remodeling and/or experience with layout suppliers, site assembly experience, within stores of the ADEO Services group or other brands.

You have developed the following skills:

• English (Level B2/C1)

• Organizational capacity

• Open to different cultures and adaptable

• Good communication skills

• Flexibility

• Technical and detailed vision

• Attention to details / costs

• Knowledge of architectural plans

It's a plus:

• Knowledge of the Autocad suite

• Knowledge of Sketchup software

You are sensitive to evolve in a dynamic environment, the position of The Works and Store Implementation Coordinator, is in business trip from 50% to 80% of working time. You are able to work independently? in autonomous? and in complete mobility.
