To empower our Services strategy at Global level we are developing a new Platform dedicated to Services : ADEO Home Services.

🌟 CONTEXT

Adeo Home Services intends to become the Global Home Services operator of our organization.

Its role is to deliver Outstanding Services Experiences for Inhabitants & Service Providers developing new business lines, digital solutions and Services operations.

This platform is structured on 3 core activities :

1. Service Provider development
2. Business development
3. Service operations

It is a global platform made of a 2 main organization :

• An Adeo Home Services Corporate organization
• An Adeo Home operational organization by country.

To support the development of ADEO Home services, within the Business development Stream we are recruiting a Corporate project leader on service building & publication

This role is a perfect combination of business creativity, operational efficiency and UX mentality.

🎯 MISSION

Member of the Adeo Home Services Business Development stream, the Corporate Project leader reports directly to the ADEO Home Services Business Development Stream leader and functionally leads a community of Project leaders in the countries.

The main activities of the Corporate Project Leader on Service building & publication are: 

1. Design Service Master Data governance and service nomenclature in coconstruction with stakeholders of each country
   
2. Design the Offer creation and Pricing UX friendly, efficient & scalable process in link with the community of each country and the UX teams
   
   
3. Identify and design metrics to monitor efficiency of his scope (process, products, business activities)
   
   
4. Design, evolve and keep updated lean and efficient processes using data science, frameworks & standards that are set within the stream.
   
   
5. Closely work with digital & UX teams to design Digitals solutions to deliver outstanding Users experiences
   
   
6. Accompany and support the community of country project leaders to manage and adopt the change in process / tools / …
   
   
7. Monitor and improve continuously process and solutions

As a leader of his Business vertical the Corporate Project Leader must :

• Build strong relationships with the different business and digital stakeholders in the Business Units to build a strong GLOCAL (global & Local) community developing empowerment and autonomy
• Develop a deep operational knowledge of his scope and be able to build a global overall vision over his process and scope to ensure business process and digital product market fit in each country
• Design and accompany the change management to support the transformation

Accountability

The corporate project leader is accountable for :

• Product strategy and OKRs linked to his scope
• Business process and associated metrics
• Interdependencies with other products/business vertical
• Maturity of the processes of his scopes all over the countries

His/her daily activities: 

• Design/ update business processes with stakeholders
• Find creative AND scalable operational solutions, solve problems
• Looks for continuous improvement and “automatisation” opportunities
• Co-leads business backlog of the digital products
• Manage his projects status and decision making
• Monitor performance of his/her stream.
• Ensure interdependencies with the ecosystem touching his scope

🥇 PROFILE

The ideal candidate will have the following assets and skills:

Hard skills :

• Ability to imagine and design efficient and user oriented business process
• Master Data and Product Management skills using Agile framework and change management
• Strong commercial, digital and analytic skills
• Solid track record from a similar position within an international environment
• Experience in Digital Marketing &/or E-commerce would be a plus
• Fluent French and English

Soft skills:

• Being an entrepreneur and an explorator
• Solid leadership balancing co-construction and decision making
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Vision driven but data informed
• Ability to handle ambiguity and influence at all levels of organization in multicultural environment
• Empathy and proximity- ability to understand local context of the BU(s)
