In this context, Adeo's Marketplace team is looking for a Supply Chain Management Intern to support its growth.

The position will be based in our offices in Lille, Paris or Madrid.

⛳️ YOUR MISSIONS

The Marketplace Supply Chain Intern will play a key role in contributing to the long-term improvement of the Customer experience and the success of the marketplace.

The position offers the opportunity to contribute to supply chain and customer experience improvement projects and gain in-depth knowledge of the Marketplace.

You will work on the following missions :

• Work closely with Supply Chain and transversal decision-makers to gain business insights, generate a first-class customer experience and maximize revenue growth.

• Gain a deep understanding of the marketplace supply chain competitive landscape and identify opportunities for future projects.

• Coordinate the implementation of high-impact projects with external Sellers and internal stakeholders.

• Evaluate project opportunities and construct business cases in order to make formal recommendations to the senior leadership team.

• Engage with cross-functional teams across the international organization (including sales, IT, retail, shops and finance teams) for implementation, root cause analysis and improvement of projects and programs.

Passionate about business management, you already have formal training in this field, and continue to educate yourself on the new possibilities offered by this fast-growing field! You have the ability to use data to support hypotheses.

You have strong interpersonal and relational skills: you like working in a team structure and enjoy meeting people and taking an interest in their subjects and issues.

You have a proven analytical ability: you enjoy taking a structured approach and utilizing data in solving complex problems,

Motivated by performance and results: the impact of your actions and work is a driving force for you.

📌 DESIRED SKILLS

In order to join us, we are looking for someone who has:

• Analytical skills and business sensibility, including basic knowledge of e-commerce concepts regarding conversion, traffic, Affiliate networks, website tagging, etc.

• Understanding of basic supply chain concepts such as fulfillment and delivery

• Proficiency in English. Other European languages would be a plus (French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese).

• An ability to take initiative, creativity and a strong practical attitude.

The internship will have a 6 month duration.
