The marketplace will help expand the product and service offering, improve Customer experience, reinforce the market positioning and create a key revenue stream.

🎯Job description

The marketplace team is looking for a talented, customer-obsessed Business Development apprentice for 1 year to support the marketplace growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn and gain a holistic view of our marketplace business with both a local and global perspective.

Your responsibilities

• Get an understanding of customer expectations as they relate to omnichannel customer experience, and how addressing these expectations impacts overall customer experience.

• Work closely with your tutor (the Business Development Project Lead) on designing the business strategy, driving best-in-class Customer experience and maximizing revenue growth.

• Participate in the creation of business plans for new opportunities and contribute to developing new projects and initiatives.

• Contribute to the coordination of cross-functional teams across the international organization (including the sales teams, IT, Retail, stores and finance) and communicate with internal and external parties, while meeting tight deadlines for high visibility projects.

• Participate in conducting financial analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets.

• Contribute to leveraging data to get insights into high impact business problems across business units, geographies and product categories in order to optimize user journey and improve customer experience.

• Help identify new opportunities based on latest industry innovations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The position will be located in our offices in Lille or Paris for a 1 year apprenticeship contract.

🥇Your Profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in progress in business, finance, or any related field from a top-tier university.

• Quick learner, pro-active and well-organized.

• Ability to work well individually as well as in a team environment.

• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.

• Fluent in English.

• French or Spanish would be a plus.
