In this context, Adeo's Marketplace team is looking for a Project Manager - Regulatory/Compliance to support its growth. You will join the team of Loïc Dilly, Head of Product & Technology.

🎯 YOUR MISSION

With increased regulatory pressure and operational complexity, Adeo Marketplace Services teams are looking for a project manager to proactively identify new risks, help the organization adapt to its regulatory obligations, particularly in terms of personal data protection (RGPD), digital platform accountability (Digital Service Act), Platform to Business (P2B) relationships, extended producer responsibility etc., while supporting its growth.

As Project Manager - Regulatory/Compliance, you will be involved in highly technical assignments with implications in terms of tools, processes and innovation.

You will handle several key responsibilities, including:

• Regulatory watch and analysis of regulatory requirements and risks in conjunction with the legal team

• Mapping of operational risks of non-compliance: review of processes, identification of risk factors

• Practical implementation of requirements linked to regulatory changes (coordination of transformation, creation of roadmaps in liaison with the various operational teams, project management)

• Diagnosis and implementation of internal control and compliance systems

• Training operational teams on business impacts

🥇 YOUR PROFILE

• Master Degree in Business, or Engineering School

• 4 to 5 years' experience in project/program management, particularly in a consulting or auditing firm and ideally on e-commerce and/or regulatory issues

• You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and are driven by the desire to achieve results.

• Capacity to manage complex patterns and processes across multiple teams and countries

• Excellent communication skills

• Open, flexible and adaptable mindset

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization

• Excellent knowledge (spoken and written) of English and French
