In this context, the Adeo Marketplace team is looking for a Senior Program Manager Marketplace Fulfillment to support its growth.

The position is based in Lille, Paris, Madrid or Milan.

🎯 YOUR MISSION

The Senior Program Manager Marketplace Fulfillment plays a key role in the long-term improvement of the customer experience and the success of the Marketplace.

In this role, you will build, grow and manage a program aimed at providing pan-EU customer fulfillment solutions for Adeo Marketplace Sellers. You will rely on your supply chain expertise in order to define the optimal fulfillment structure for supporting Adeo’s marketplace needs. You will then work with internal and external stakeholders to build a robust pan-EU fulfillment network. You will focus heavily on the digital tools and systems required to operate and improve Adeo’s fulfillment solutions. Your success will be driven by your ability to design effective and scalable processes, understand the technical requirements, influence stakeholders at all levels and apply a structured project management approach.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Own the digital and technical aspects of Adeo’s fulfillment solutions;

• Design the Marketplace Fulfillment structure;

• Lead a community of Supply Chain partners to identify, co-development opportunities and influence/support them

• Create customer and seller focused user journey and coordinate the implementation of those user journey;

• Launch Marketplace Fulfillment Services across multiple business units;

• Work with internal and external stakeholders;

• Create a fulfillment structure that drives maximum value for Sellers;

• Identify methods for improving Customer experience via Fulfillment Services;

• Work with operational and supply chain teams to ensure operational excellence;

• Work with data teams to create and manage operational performance systems

• Identify ways to harness the latest supply chain innovations.

💻 YOUR PROFILE

Basic Qualifications

• MSc degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics or related field from a top-tier university;

• 5+ years experience in consulting, e-commerce, operations and/or supply chain;

• 2+ years experience in digital project management and user journey creation

• Highly organized and results oriented with a high degree of ownership;

• Strong analytical skills and structured problem solving ability;

• Proven track record in managing medium to large-scale projects;

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Other European languages will be a plus;

• Personal initiative and strong hands-on attitude along with creativeness, decisiveness and results-driven mentality for a business-focused way of thinking;

• Proven experience in developing original ideas, approaches and solutions to typical, unusual, or difficult situations in a competitive and ever changing business climate;

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage and influence stakeholders of all levels in the organization;

• Proven experience influencing at senior levels internal and external stakeholders;

• Proven experience in leading transversal initiatives across your organization from inception to delivery, involving the alignment of several cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA from top tier business school is strongly preferred;

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, e-commerce, operations and/or supply chain;

• Ability to think quantitatively and qualitatively about operating processes and outcomes;

• Proven independent decision-making skills in an often-times ambiguous environment;

• Intellectual curiosity to bring new insights to the business, preferably in a multicultural environment;

• Experience working in SQL/ETL/Python/Power, Tableau and MS Excel (Macros, statistics, etc.);
