🌟 CONTEXT

The marketplace team is looking for a talented, customer-obsessed Business Analyst Intern to support the Business Analytics team. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn and gain a holistic view of our marketplace business with both a local and global perspective. While reporting directly to the Marketplace Strategy Manager, you will be able to drive performance by supporting different business teams through data analysis and insights.

🎯 MISSION

- Run weekly and monthly analysis on specific business areas and perform ad-hoc deep dive analysis depending on the business needs.

- Build and improve existing dashboards and reporting tools to help business teams monitor their KPIs in the best possible way.

- Work hand in hand with data engineers and data analysts to build scalable and accurate solutions.

- Prepare top quality presentations and documents for senior leadership.

- Act as a data ambassador to drive a Data Driven culture within Adeo

- As an example of project you'll be able to adress: Define priority sellers to pitch to onboard with our fulfillment partner, in order to increase GMV and to enhance customer experience (lower delivery promise, lower incidents rates etc.). This is an example, we have many more to come!

📍 LOCATION

You will be based in our Paris offices (Gare du Nord)

Hybrid work model: 2 days at the office, and up to 3 days per week in remote (remote work is possible after 2 months of internship)

🥇 PROFILE

You are completing your final year in your Bachelor's degree or undergoing your Master's in an engineering or business school and are looking for a 6 months internship from March/April 2025.

You are pro-active and well-organized.

You are able to work well individually as well as in a team environment

You are analytical & have attention to details.

You are fluent in English (minimum C1) and French.

Proficiency in Google sheets, Excel and Microsoft office.

Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/Google Data Studio).

Knowledge of Spanish, Italian or Portuguese is a plus
