🎯 YOUR MISSION
The marketplace team is looking for a talented, customer-obsessed HR Project Manager to support its growth. The role offers the unique opportunity to lead growth initiatives and projects and develop a deep understanding of the marketplace across all markets. You will play a key role in the long-term improvement and the success of the marketplace.
This position offers a unique opportunity to learn and gain a holistic view of our marketplace business with both a local and global perspective. While reporting to the HR Director, you will be able to drive performance by supporting different business teams and leading projects to increase the value and performance of the marketplace.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high degree of ownership and have a demonstrated record of successful business management, having led multiple transversal projects, meeting deadlines, and using data to identify and prioritize opportunities. The ideal candidate is also analytical, enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to handle ambiguity and influence at all levels of the organization.

The position will be based in our offices in Lille, Paris, Madrid or Milan.
The HR Project Manager will have several key responsibilities, including:
Drive local and global transformation programs and growth initiatives, take ownership of the different existing projects and accelerate them.
Be the internal ambassador of transversal change initiatives, and be responsible for the animation of Managers and HRBPs across several BUs and countries.
Manage HR improvement projects of the Marketplace: improvement of the hiring process and candidate experience, promotion of employer branding, development of HR tools, creation of new learning initiatives, improvement of our HR administration processes, lead compensation & benefits analysis, ...
Manage Employee Experience and People Development initiatives in relation to Managers: design and follow up of Individual Development Plans (in particular for high potentials), lead improvement plans related to our employee listening processes, …
Support the opening of new Marketplaces in European BUs.
🥇 YOUR PROFILE
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of total experience in Human Resources (including Culture, Organization, …).
Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management in an international and cross-BU environment.
HR experiences on, at least, 3 of these topics: hiring, employer branding, compensations and benefits, learning and development, culture and organization, training, internal communication, and employee experience.
Highly organized and results-oriented with a high degree of ownership.
Strong data analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in developing original ideas, approaches, and solutions to typical, unusual, or difficult situations in a competitive and ever-changing business climate.
Personal initiative and strong hands-on attitude along with creativeness, decisiveness, and results-driven mentality for a business-focused way of thinking.
English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
Other European languages (e.g: French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese or German) are a plus.
MBA from a top-tier business school is highly preferred.
