This initiative is aimed at creating a network of partners who commercialize our MDH Marques des habitants) products to serve a maximum amount of inhabitants across the world outside of Adeo Business Units (BU). In order to accelerate growth, the need for the following role has arisen:
POSITION
You act as the point of contact for the commercial relationship with our partner to develop sales turnover via our Own Brand products. Within their daily activities you will be the link between the Partners Platform and evolve in an international and intercultural environment.
The main responsibilities of the Sales Manager are :
Source and develop partners on a B2B basis, specifically in the following activities : hotels, restaurants, cafés, collectivities, general contracting…
Develop the business with each partner and sell existing Brands and product ranges
To build, coordinate and prioritize the offers across all brands and ranges for our partner.
Manage the commercial relationship between the international partners and Adeo
To build a business plan with the partners and follow up the the offers by taking account on the seasonal ranges
To provoke and manage the contacts established between the product teams, on existing Brands and ranges.
To ensure that ranges are kept up to date, changes anticipated and new projects communicated.
To coordinate offers with the internal and external logistical constraints to match with our partners commercial needs.
To understand and interpret the functioning of our partner for Adeo teams to interact successfully.
To communicate the « success stories » of the partnership
You will be taken to a diverse ecosystem, to constructive interaction with a multi-disciplinary team.
Market : (Technic: Design engineers, quality engineers, designers, communication: Brand Coach, chargé de communication; packaging manager, leaflet manager)
Purchasing / Supply Chain (Transport) / Quality / Sourcing offices/ Legal Department (coordination and follow of the contracts issues with the partners)
Partner companies or potential partner companies
YOUR PROFILE
Sales experience in the B2B sector or experience in supplying the hotel and restaurant , industry
Autonomous, able to take initiatives
Have a proactive mindset in order to find solutions
Resilience and tenacity to follow up and convert contacts into business
The ability to adapt and interact with your internal / external contacts
At ease with different software tools and handling and analysing data.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid international expérience, fluent in English ( C1 )
capable of working at a fast pace, reactive to requests, to create a dynamic impetus for the relationship.
