The marketplace is a key pillar of an ambitious plan to transform the entire business and become the world’s leading habitat platform. The marketplace will help expand the product and service offering, improve Customer experience, reinforce the market positioning and create a key revenue stream.

🎯Your Mission

This role is part of the Customer Experience and Supply Chain team, which focuses on delivering a best-in-class delivery experience as the marketplace continues its growth across Europe. We achieve this by identifying opportunities and developing a series of initiatives to advance our supply chain strategy.

As a Supply Chain & Delivery Experience Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects aimed at improving the delivery experience for our marketplace. These projects will include enabling new delivery modes such as Pickup Points, Lockers, and Click & Collect, enhancing delivery speed and accuracy and convenience. You will work closely with the Sellers team and Product team to identify opportunities for improvement, drive innovative solutions, and support the successful launch of these initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Sellers and Product teams to implement and scale new delivery modes (e.g., Pickup Points, Lockers, Click & Collect).

• Support efforts to optimize delivery speed and accuracy, analyzing data and proposing improvements to the process.

• Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to standardize the returns process and improve the customer experience.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends in the delivery space.

• Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing the overall supply chain and delivery efficiency.

• Help track project progress, collect feedback, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

About you:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field. Prior work experience would be a plus.

• Strong analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with a good understanding of SQL.

• Have excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• A team player who is approachable and enjoys building good working relationships with stakeholder teams.
