🌟 CONTEXT
The Seller & Offer team at Adeo is looking for a talented, Customer-obsessed Product Manager to support the commerce transformation. The role offers the unique opportunity to lead initiatives and projects to build key components of the platform across all markets.
The products you will manage are providing the catalogs of items and offers to every sales channel of the company, in-store and online. The strategy you will need to implement must address the challenges of improving conversion (1P & 3P) and optimizing the customer experience. This is in the context of the arrival of marketplace product sales in stores.
You will lead the integration of Adeo’s product and service catalog — over 100 millions offers to date — and ensure its seamless availability to our customers across all channels. In this role, you will define and implement the AI strategy to enhance both the customer and employee experience.
🎯 MISSIONS
The Product Manager leads our product to the next level, by working with different teams internally and externally to identify business opportunities, design solutions, assist with building / QA / positioning, and drive the launch of new products to secure their success, through product marketing, training and communication. Above all metrics, data quality & high availability of your products will be top priorities.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high degree of ownership and have a demonstrated record of successful product management (preferably in SaaS, international environments), leading multiple transversal projects with competing deadlines, and using data to identify and prioritize opportunities. The ideal candidate is analytical, enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, Customer-focused, and has the ability to handle ambiguity and influence at all levels of the organization.
The Product Manager will have several key responsibilities, including
- Define the product vision and roadmap of omnichannel 1P & 3P offer experience, based on user & market research, analysis and stakeholders feedback.
- Execute product vision, from conception to implementation and user feedback.
- Interact with the engineering team and especially its Digital Leader peer to ensure scope and priorities alignment, roadmap delivery and quality.
- Be the product expert and champion, ensuring the right level of product awareness and knowledge, including training, internal and external communication.
- Make product decisions with quantitative and qualitative data; own product metrics and aim for continuous improvement.
- In the mid-term, manage the associated product owner(s).
🥇 PROFILE
Basic Qualifications
- Highly organized and results oriented with a high degree of ownership
- Strong analytical skills (SQL included).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in developing original ideas, approaches and solutions to typical, unusual, or difficult situations in a competitive and ever-changing business climate.
- Personal initiative and strong hands-on attitude along with creativeness, decisiveness and results-driven mentality for a business-focused way of thinking.
- Experience prioritizing customer requirements, working with stakeholders and internal teams to define market opportunities and business plans in support of company goals.
- Empathy for customers, ability to identify opportunities to add value and the best path to execute.
- English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a product management area.
- High interest in retail, e-commerce and Marketplace ecosystem.
- Experience conducting focus groups and user research.
