🌟 Context

Within Adeo’s Digital Industry (DIN), the Offer & Sourcing domain drives digital transformation for offer building, product listing, content management and publication, supplier relationship, and negotiations.

At Adeo Productions, we design private labels that combine quality and affordable prices for our BUs and beyond, supporting market growth through sales outside of our BUs. The Supplier Relationship & Negotiation squad builds and evolves digital solutions to strengthen purchasing efficiency and supplier partnerships.

The product scope includes:

- Tracks: supply & market analytics to optimize tenders,
- Digital Logform: recording purchasing conditions post-tender,
- Simcost: cost analysis (raw materials, labor, energy) to identify renegotiation opportunities
- Jaggaer : a up-coming tool to manage call for tenders
- Supema : management of supplier penalties
- Supplier score card : Supplier performance indicators linked to the Data squad
- Supplier Portal, IzyContract, Partner Registration (PDP): global solutions deployed by PDP, for which the squad ensures usage and adoption within Adeo Productions

🚀 Your role

As Product Manager, you define the strategy, roadmap and key features of your product scope. You ensure that digital solutions deliver measurable value, aligned with Adeo’s sourcing strategy and Adeo Productions’ growth ambitions. You translate business challenges into product opportunities, engage stakeholders, and guide Product Owners and squads to deliver maximum impact.

🎯 Main missions

- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap,
- Ensure alignment with Adeo’s sourcing strategy and Adeo Productions’ ambitions,
- Prioritize initiatives and arbitrate to maximize product impact,
- Capture needs and opportunities from business leaders, buyers and supply chain experts,
- Guide Product Owners in backlog definition and delivery,
- Track and communicate key product KPIs,
- Drive the usage and adoption of PDP global solutions within Adeo Productions,
- Foster collaboration, authenticity, openness and impact within the squad and across domains.

👥 Your environment

You will work closely with:

- 2 Product Owners,
- 1 Application Manager,
- 1 Tech Lead,
- 1 QA,
- Developers,
- Business stakeholders: Global Sourcing department (including worldwide sourcing offices in France, China, Poland, Italy, Spain, Brazil), Markets, Supply.

✅ Profile we are looking for

- Strong experience in Product Management, with end-to-end ownership (vision → delivery → adoption),
- Solid understanding of sourcing, supplier management and purchasing processes,
- Strategic mindset with the ability to simplify complexity and drive transformation,
- Excellent stakeholder management across functions and time zones,
- Fluent English (written & spoken) — mandatory / MUST
- Passion for agile ways of working and delivering measurable impact.
