⛳️ YOUR MISSIONS
As Leader of Pricing and Commercial Activation, you are part of the Omnicommerce team at ADEO Services, the structure responsible for building growth by focusing on the Lifetime Value of our customers (LTV, i.e., the customer's value throughout their lifecycle). Your Manager is Antoine ALCOUFFE, Global Leader Marketing and Growth Activation.
Your role is to orchestrate the harmonious implementation of (1) price policies in the group's Business Units, (2) technical solutions, and (3) the proper expression of prices, with the aim of achieving effective price management in the balance between margin and price competitiveness.
To do this, you collaborate with all BUs, the Offer team, Technical teams (Product Digital Platform, Customer and Commerce Digital Platform), and Data teams (Performance).
Your responsibilities include:
Strategy:
Develop and communicate a Price plan with our collective response to new major challenges (Omnichannel, Margin, Services, Artificial Intelligence...), the framework of our price policy, price management principles, and image-price management. This plan must be co-constructed with BUs, Offer, and technical teams.
Community Management:
Inspire and collaborate with a community of Pricing Managers in the Local Operational Units, in both Offer, Omnicommerce, and Performance/Finance teams.
Build a plan, adapted to the maturity of each BU, to harmonize all plans and operations of Business Units, with a focus on efficiency and simplicity.
Foundations:
Engine for defining global positioning rules and price policy, and in price management. This includes harmonizing tools and professional gestures to maximize efficiency, performance, and interoperability with the existing and upcoming technological stack.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify all needs of different Business Units and Business Challenges and develop sustainable solutions to provide them with adaptive support based on their goals, needs, and maturity level.
Dashboard & Best Practices:
Define key performance indicators with a common methodology to track the progress of Business Units and develop the sharing of best practices.

Soft skills:
Ability to collaborate and impact in a matrix environment, with different business and functional challenges, and different levels of seniority and/or expertise.
Interpersonal and adaptation skills.
Critical thinking.
Problem-solving.
Synthesis and pedagogy skills (storytelling).
Hard skills:
Proficiency in French and English (minimum C1 level).
Expertise in Price technologies and tools, including competitive intelligence.
Proven experience in Pricing leadership roles, ideally in the retail sector.
Strategic vision with the ability to translate business objectives into effective Price strategies.
Analytical and strategy development skills based on facts and data, and formalization (plans, notes, recommendations, reports, etc.).
Experience in cross-functional management.
Experience in direct team management is a plus.
✨ JOB CONDITIONS
The position is attached to our ADEO headquarters based in Lille, France (Ronchin). 1-day/week presence in Lille is required. Occasional travels are expected to Business Units (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Romania, and Brazil) about once a month in the first year, then quarterly thereafter.
Executive status, with attractive compensation package composed of: 13 months annual fixed salary + individual bonuses based on results (up to 2 months' salary) + participation and profit-sharing + company savings plan.
